Frank DiPaolo is the owner of FRADIP Associates, LLC and is a Licensed Private Detective in New Jersey and has been affiliated with Metro LPI since 2000. Frank holds a BS in Accounting and Finance specializing in Fraud Examination, Forensic Audits and Supply Chain Security. He has over 15 years as a consultant and private investigator providing services for law firms, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations. Frank is an active member and past board member for the New Jersey Licensed Private Investigators Association.

Mark Zielinski is the owner of MJZ Associates, LLC and is a Licensed Private Detective in Pennsylvania and a Pennsylvania Certified Agent Act 235. He specializes in supply chain security, general investigations, security consulting, background investigations, criminal & civil investigations, support interviews and witness locates. Mark has been affiliated with Metro LPI since 2023 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Licensed Investigators.
Mark is also a 37-year law enforcement veteran having served as a County Detective, Police Detective and Police Officer. He worked major cases such as Capital Murder, Robbery, Financial Frauds, and Complex Wire Tap Investigations. He served as a Task Force Officer (TFO) for the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office Gun Violence Task Force and U.S. Customs Service. He was also the Private Detective License supervisor approving all licenses issued in Bucks County, PA. He is a graduate of the 219th Session of the FBI National Academy, and holds a BS in Criminal Justice, and an MS in Public Safety.
